Due to the double blocking effect of the membrane material to nitrogen and argon, The air can be simultaneous directly separated into oxygen, nitrogen, argon When the air diffuse from the high pressure side to the low side .

Thereby,the qualified medical oxygen with purity up to *9.5% can be produced from the air directly.
